• at the start of december, 𓁹 was invited 2 play on an UNTOUCHABLE lineup with Machete Mouth & Joseph Lamar ❤️‍🔥 this time, with my lovely band. here’s documentation made by my greatest supporter (mom <3).

  carro sharkey is performing their solo The Castle Falls [4] at Uferstudios in Berlin on 3. & 4. January (its free, please go if ur in Berlin). this full work, The Castle Falls, engages with collective denial as we sit on the brink of collapse. parallel to those on a collective level, tragedies which carry us month to month in our smaller lives demand our attention. some of you may know the myriad losses 𓁹m holding, seen me & held me thru it. thank u. my reinterpretation of this beautiful jazz song is an offering. dreams begin & end, life goes on. a grungy cover of Carmen McRae’s Didn’t We.

• Brin, june - while in montreal 2gether in late june, my lover Brin left impressions in my sketchbook on a day she 4got hers. her birthday occured December 21st. she would have been 26. she could always make do with anything at her disposal, a raw concentration of creative energy. when 𓁹 1st learned she had left 4ever, 4permanent, these pages became gospel 2 me. 𓁹 these pages are but 2 artifacts in a large repository of her life that many of us who remain here steward <3 cherished.

my wonderful friend kit asked myself & 11 more artists 2 contribute a month design for the 2025 edition of lucy mcneil’s calendar. the calendars are printed by Irrelevant Press, who are donating materials & labor costs for projects that fundraise 4 Palestine. this project is therefore maximizing all proceeds as direct donations. get urself a calendar & peep all the orgs ur money is helping put 2 work addressing this genocide! here is the border 𓁹 designed:
